There is a lot of smoke and innuendo floating around the Fifth District Supervisor election campaign directed at Supervisor Bill Horn.

As a 40-year resident of Fallbrook and a 20-year volunteer nonprofit activist, I approach this election as I have in the past with a simple basic test: what’s best for the Fallbrook community, the entire community, not a small sector.
