Horn not true to his word

When Bill Horn was running for the Board of Supervisors for the first time, he visited our community to ask for our support. We told him of our opposition to the proposed quarry at Rosemary Mountain. He assured us that if he were successful that he would oppose the quarry. After his election he spearheaded the permit for the quarry.
