On election eve, Horn makes discoveries

Where has Bill Horn been for the past 12 years? He has been in office for three four-year terms and on the eve of an election he suddenly discovered we have an illegal immigration problem… what a revelation! It sounds politically motivated to me, seeing as he is facing some tough competition from Bruce Thompson on June 6. Traffic, trash, crime and infrastructure are the issues that he has real control over; how about starting there, Bill?
