Hughes graduates from Cornell

Kristen Hughes of Fallbrook graduated May 29, 2006, from Cornell University in New York. She received a Bachelors of Science in communications, law and society concentration.

Kristen played volleyball on the Cornell team, which won two Ivy League Championships and went to NCAAs this year. Last summer, the team traveled to Italy, where they played against professional and local teams.

Kristen plans to take a year off and then attend law school.
