Raffle winner chooses cash over car

FALLBROOK — Dave Breeding of Fallbrook was the fortunate winner of the 2006 Boys & Girls Clubs of North County Annual Car Opportunity Drawing. The Boys & Girls Club, in conjunction with the Fallbrook Rotary and the Village Rotary, organized the 2006 Car Opportunity Drawing to benefit all three organizations. Each group began selling tickets in early March and worked diligently to sell their tickets.
