No conflict in memorials

I was happy to see Jon Monday’s wonderful reply to Col. Raul’s negative letter. I was a navy wife during Vietnam; husband was in the River Patrol. Went to too many funerals; have been to the Wall in DC. I felt honored to help set up Arlington West and came away with the same feeling I had at the Wall. It was a beautiful but sad memorial; tears fell as I read the ages. At 11 a.m. I went over to the cemetery for the VFW memorial, which I have done for years. I see no conflict; they both honored our fallen HEROES.
