Concert to feature classic surfer music

A concert starring The Duo-Tones featuring surf music legends Paul Johnson and Gil Orr is set for 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, at Temecula’s Leonesse Cellars.

Johnson is best known for The Belairs’ “Mr. Moto” and The Surfaris’ “Wipeout,” and Orr “Pipeline” by The Chantays. These two masters for surf instrumental music will also play classic rock, all on acoustic guitars, at the event, which will be outside under the stars overlooking the vineyards.
