Ground broken for office buildings

Developers have broken ground on a 36,000-square-foot office project. The project will consist of two 18,000-square-foot buildings in an office park environment on three acres. The property is located in the heart of Temecula on the southeast corner of Margarita Road and Pauba Road.

The buildings will be two stories with Mediterranean architecture, built in a “V”-shape configuration with an exterior elevator serving both buildings.
