Joint policy meetings on I-15 Interregional Partnership Phase II begin

The first of three joint policy meetings on Phase II of the I-15 Interregional Partnership was held recently in Temecula.

The Joint Policy Committee approved a committee charter at that meeting, and the meeting also saw status reports on an integrated work plan which includes tasks and timelines for economic development, transportation, and housing strategies.

“It was very beneficial for the group to review the strategies identified in Phase I,” San Marcos vice mayor Pia Harris-Ebert said at a San Diego Association of Governments Borders Committee meeting June 23.
