Ramirez wins two divisions at Fallbrook Open

Murrieta’s David Ramirez won championships in two divisions at the 32nd Annual Fallbrook Open held June 3-11 at the Fallbrook Tennis Club.

Ramirez teamed with Fallbrook’s Roxanne Parker to win the Mixed Open Doubles and teamed with San Diego resident Seth Mikkelson to win the Men’s Open Doubles. Ramirez and Parker, who lives in Fallbrook, defeated Menifee’s Mike Deigan and Temecula’s Haley Dixon in a 6-1, 6-2 finals match in the Mixed Open Doubles. Ramirez and Mikkelson took a 6-4, 6-0 victory in the Men’s Open Doubles finals over Temecula’s Ryan Fraser and Carlsbad’s Thomas Yancey.
