New ER director a real 'people person'

Susie Deslauriers, RN, joined Fallbrook Hospital early this year as Director of Emergency Services and Cardio-Pulmonary. “Fallbrook’s need for a director and my love of small settings clicked at just the right time in my career,” says Susie. “I love the closeness of getting to know all the employees, and just saying hello to familiar faces every day puts a smile on my face. I’m definitely a people person.”
