Chili cooks will heat up Hot Summer Nights

Hot Summer Nights Chili Cookoff is August 25. It starts at 5:30 p.m. and concludes at 8 p.m. on Main Avenue in downtown Fallbrook. A refundable $25 entrance fee gets you into the competition that pits bowls of red against chic white chili and various unique combinations that turn up each year.
