Envirepel retains firm for contract negotiation

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP (Milbank) has been retained by Envirepel to assist on utility contract negotiations, joint venture agreements and project financing for the Fallbrook Renewable Energy Facility (FREF).
