I was born in Fallbrook. I moved to Oregon in ’79. I have made many trips back to care for my parents the last 10 years. This time I brought my 15-year-old dog.
Because we live in the forest area where there is no traffic, in Fallbrook I would walk him in the (empty) field in the vicinity of Elder and Potter.
The field, however, is not empty. It is full of illegals and their trash. School kids are vandalizing an empty house. People are dumping their yard waste and leaving their yard equipment sitting there, which has also been vandalized by the kids. I saw a man change his car oil, then leave...
