Summer day camp offered

There are no bored kids this summer at Fallbrook Community Center! For boys and girls ages 6-12 day camp is in session all summer through August 25. Each week is carefully planned and themed to include sports, arts, movies, activities, special guests and sometimes animals. Once a week the children will be able to journey outside of the Community Center on a field trip. Some of the places they’ll go are the Wave Water Park, Lego Land and Escondido Children’s Museum. On the last week of summer day camp a trip is planned to the movies at Krikorian Theaters, and Project Wildlife will present a program on “The Life of a Skunk.” It’s sure to be a very special occasion. So, parents looking for a way to keep their child’s mind stimulated and feet moving during those long summer days can contact the Fallbrook Community Center and register them today.

For more information about summer day camp, or to register with a credit card, contact the Community Center at (760) 728-1617. To register in person, visit the office at 341 Heald Lane, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Camp size is limited; participants are encouraged to register early.
