County budget includes park projects

Most of the Department of Parks and Recreation projects in the County of San Diego’s 2006-07 budget are previously-approved expenditures being carried over into the new fiscal year, but the budget approved June 20 also includes an additional $3 million to

acquire land specifically for the San Luis Rey River Park along with another $5 million for ongoing Multiple Species Conservation Program acquisitions.
