Library lot to be resurfaced

County librarian Ellen Zyroff announces that Parking Trust property and adjacent property fronting on the alley near the Fallbrook Branch Library are going to be sealed/striped on Friday, July 28, and Saturday, July 29, so they will be unavailable to library patrons.

Only the big lot will be unavailable — the one immediately to the east of the “John’s house.” The parking lot immediately to the east of the library building will not be affected by this work. That latter lot is owned by the county....
