James Edgar Gibler

James Edgar Gibler, 87, passed away on September 16, 2006, in Fallbrook, CA. He was born on October 16, 1918, in Elk City, ID. Mr. Gibler was a resident of Fallbrook, CA, for 29 years.

Mr. Gibler was a special agent with the FBI for 21 years, serving in Cleveland, New York, Anchorage and Santa Monica-Los Angeles field offices. He also served in the US Army Air Corps during WWII as a P-38 photo-reconnaissance pilot in the Pacific theater of operations and graduated from the University of Idaho with both undergraduate and juris doctorate degrees.
