New sponsors for Fallbrook Beautification Alliance

The Fallbrook Beautification Alliance (FBA) is pleased to announce new sponsors have joined the “Mission Median Garden of Fame,” the center median area on Mission Road that runs from Fallbrook High School north and ends near Rocky Crest. The FBA maintains the median with funds used for plant replacements, monthly maintenance fees and ongoing irrigation repairs. Donations were recently received from Rally for Children and from Dawne Goodwin McCullough and Mickey McCullough. In appreciation for their much-needed support, plaques with their names were added to the sign on the north end of the Mission median.

The FBA is dedicated to maintaining this worthwhile project, which presents a unique opportunity for contributions to the beautification of the community. Names can be added to the two sign boards at the north and south ends of the median to honor an individual or to advertise an organization or business in a high-visibility area. The county no longer allows new signage on right-of-way medians, so this is a unique advertising opportunity. The annual fee to have a name, organization or business name added to the “Mission Median Garden of Fame” is $1,000. Those interested in helping the FBA may call Jerri Patchett at (760) 723-8635.
