Authors to appear at Bottom Shelf

FALLBROOK — On Saturday, September 23, the Bottom Shelf bookstore will welcome local authors Bridget Geegan Blanton and Niki Nichols, who will offer to sell and sign copies of their books.

From 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Bridget will offer her book “Whispers on the Winds,” which takes place in 1884 and traces Kate O’Reilly, age 17, from Ireland to the United States.

From 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Niki will sign her book “Your Karma, Dee Dee,” the story of Dee Dee, an eighth-grader who loses her mother and becomes the “third wheel” when her father remarries a jealous, manipulative woman.
