I want to thank Mr. Monday for his answer to my question about his definition of religious bigotry. Mr. Monday wrote, “…any religious person who believes that their religion is true and all others are false is a bigot.” By not accepting the validity of the Christian religion, wouldn’t Mr. Monday, an apparent fundamental humanist, be a religious bigot?
I agree with Mr. Monday that all religions are vulnerable to manipulation by evil people, but they are not true believers (unless their holy book advocates evil). There will always be people who claim a higher authority for evil actions and dupe...
