CDBG info meeting Sept. 27 in Fallbrook

The Board of Supervisors approved the Fiscal Year 2007-08 annual funding plan strategy for US Department of Housing and Urban Development grants which includes setting hearing dates for the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, Emergency Shelter Grant, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS funding plans.

The supervisors’ September 19 approval includes setting a March 13, 2007, hearing for the preliminary 2007-08 funding plan. The deadline to submit proposals for Community Development Block Grant funding is October 27, 2006. The county’s Department of Housin...
