Hebner gets pole at IKF Grand Nationals, two second-place main event finishes

Grant Hebner qualified for the pole during one of his races at the International Karting Federation Grand Nationals August 3-6 at the Calspeed Kart Track which is part of California Speedway in Fontana.

Hebner earned the pole in the National Cup race August 5 and also finished second in that race’s main event. He also finished second in the Touch and Go (TAG) class August 6 and had a total of three top-ten main event finishes in four races.

“It was a good weekend,” Hebner said. “I would have liked to walk away with a Duffy, but it didn’t work out that way.”
