Candidate alludes to board leak

When Fallbrook Union High School District board candidate Bill O’Connor addressed members of the governing board during their public comment period at Monday night’s meeting, he shared information pertaining to teacher contract negotiations that he alluded was discussed in a closed session meeting of the board, thereby indicating at least one board member may have violated the Brown Act.
