Old Stage Road project coming in 2007

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors has set an October 18 hearing to consider adoption of a Resolution of Necessity which could initiate eminent domain action for easement parcels required for the Old Stage Road construction project. The supervisors’ September 20 action to set the hearing date does not mean that eminent domain will necessarily be used.
