Laughter Therapy offered for last time this year

Get ready for the holidays by participating in Laughter Therapy at Fallbrook Hospital on Wednesday, November l5, from 4 to 5 p.m. in Conference Room B. Laughter is a sure technique for strengthening the immune system and reducing stress. This event is sponsored by Cardiac Rehabilitation and is free of charge. All ages are welcome. Come prepared to have fun!
