NCL welcomes provisional members

FALLBROOK — The San Luis Rey Chapter of National Charity League (NCL) kicked off the school year by welcoming 21 new provisional members. San Luis Rey Chapter is comprised of mother-daughter members from Fallbrook, Bonsall, Rainbow and Vista. Members provide assistance to over 20 local nonprofit organizations via hands-on assistance, as well as donations of funds and goods.
