Stadille-James earns Centurion Award

Century 21 Award agent Lynn Stadille-James has earned Centurion Recognition. A member of the Centurion Honor society for the last three years, Stadille-James, based in Fallbrook, has listed and sold over $11.5 million in real estate to receive the distinguished title reserved for the top two percent of agents worldwide for 2005 and is well on her way to exceeding the same achievement for 2006.

Stadille-James was recognized for her production achievement at Century 21’s international convention, which was held March 7-10 in Las Vegas, NV.

“I really learned the foundation of real estate, which is helping others and problem solving, while I owned my own real estate company and a leading team of top professionals,” Stadille-James said. “I also have been a legal assistant and loan officer/broker, both of which taught me to offer unparalleled service while also bringing a wealth of knowledge in many areas critical to a successful transaction.”

Stadille-James is a veteran award-winner in the real estate field who received Top Producer and Centurion Honor Society awards. She has been at the top in production every year since she joined the Century 21 system in 1990. Her daughter, Lisa Willett, has been Stadille-James’ licensed assistant for 20 years and Lisa’s husband, Mitch, specializes in buyer services.
