Matt James makes New Year's Eve memorable at Trupiano's

The operatic tenor voice of Matt James soared to the silver balloon filled ceiling of Trupiano’s Italian Bistro New Year’s Eve, surprising and delighting guests who came to celebrate the end of 2006 with Faro Trupiano’s fine Italian cuisine. As strains of a romanza from Tosca muted the clink of silverware on porcelain and candles flickered on tables and in wall sconces, diners enjoyed a leisurely meal from the Italian chef’s New Year’s Special Menu that included halibut simmered in a citrus reduction and rich lobster ravioli. Each dish was thoughtfully paired with a wine selected by Faro.
