A busy weekend ahead for FUHS wrestlers

FALLBROOK — The dual against Vista last week was a difficult one for all three of Fallbrook High School wrestling teams. Both the freshman and JV teams were short many wrestlers due to illness, and though both lost their dual meets against Vista, match for match they held their own; four of the five freshmen won their duals and three of six on the JV team won theirs.

The varsity team is struggling this year with so many wrestlers new to the sport. However, Jacob Wagaman at 215 lbs pinned his opponent in 1:15 minutes, while Zack Plum at 152 lbs and David Lopez at 103 lbs pinned their opponents...
