Dana Michael Alan Verne, 29, of Fallbrook, passed away January 31, 2007, at Palomar Hospital, Escondido, CA.
He is survived by parents Phillip and Marilyn Verne, Fallbrook, CA, and Palm Desert, CA; sister and brother-in-law Victoria and David Mathison, San Marcos, CA; stepbrothers Phillip Michael Verne, Danville, CA, and Craig Alan Verne, Santa Ana, CA; sister-in-law Barbara Verne, Danville, CA; nieces April and Keri Verne, Danville, CA; nephews Mathew and Ryan Verne, San Juan Capistrano, CA; aunt Carolyn Morrow, La Quinta, CA; uncle Bill and Marji Morrow, Orofino, ID; uncle Doug Morrow, Windemere, FL; aunt Jane Hutchinson, Long Beach, CA.
He leaves behind his beloved black Lab, Hank.
Dana will always be remembered for his sense of humor, an eye-catching smile and his great love for fishing the Eastern Sierras, where he felt free and at peace.
