Elsie Vos Hillier

A former resident of Fallbrook, Elsie Vos Hillier, died on Monday, February 5, in Toccoa, GA.

Elsie was born April 1, 1917, in Rochester, NY. She moved to California at the age of 4 and was raised in Santa Monica. On September 1, 1939, she married Hartwell Russell “Rus” Hillier. She had a long career as an executive secretary with various companies, finally retiring from Bianchi Leather Products in Temecula in 1982. She and Rus lived on Porter Street for 35 years before moving to Georgia in 2005 to live with their son and daughter-in-law.
