Quarries are necessary

Unless you are one who believes against all evidence to the contrary that no quarries are necessary anywhere in the region, the Liberty Quarry location seems to have the most going for it. Can you conceive of a location with the right mix of rock, that is visible to nobody in the county, that has direct freeway access to keep trucks off our smaller streets and highways, can serve the San Diego market without dragging trucks through Riverside and provide Southwest Riverside County and Northern San Diego County road projects with materials at a lower cost that the existing quarries and yet is no...
