TEMECULA — Celebrate the freshness of spring by attending Ponte Family Estate Winery’s Spring Winemaker Dinner Friday, March 30, at 7 p.m. The newly budding vines and flowering gardens accentuate the beauty of spring as the tent pavilion hosts friends, family and guests as well as Claudio Ponte and winemaker Robert Cartwright.
Guests enjoy a deliciously prepared five-course dinner created by Executive Chef Steve Stawinski with such wonderful food like Lobster Napoleon with New Potato, Saffron Aioli with Micro Pea Vines and Seared Poussin (Rock Cornish Game Hen) with Roasted Baby Artichoke and Cipollini Onions.
This evening celebrates new releases in nature as well as at Ponte as they pair the delectable feast with Ponte Family Estate wines, like the newly released 2005 Riesling, the wonderful 2005 Dolcetto and the 2005 Pinot Grigio.
As this evening sells out quickly, purchasing tickets early is advised. Tickets may be bought online at http://www.pontewinery.com or by calling the special events department at (951) 694-8855.
