Free workshop offered on healthy ways to release stress

BONSALL — The Stream will host a free workshop that explores healthy ways to change the way we feel and to alter habits that prevent us from being energized, relaxed and well. The event is “Sex, Drugs or the Source,” and it will be held from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, in Rancho Penasquitos. It is free of charge and all are invited.
