Fallbrook Hospital Auxiliary has announced their 2007 scholarship program. Scholarship applicants may be from any age group but must have an acceptance by an accredited college where healthcare-related curricula are offered. Prior scholarship winners are encouraged to apply again if they are still enrolled in healthcare studies and have maintained good academic records.
Scholarship application forms may be obtained at the Fallbrook Union High School Counseling Office or the Fallbrook Hospital Auxiliary Gift Shop, 624 East Elder Street, Fallbrook. Applications must be filled out and returned to Peggy Comeau, Auxiliary Scholarship Chairman, by 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 4. For further information, contact Comeau at (760) 451-2841.
Fallbrook Hospital Auxiliary is a nonprofit organization focused on giving volunteer service to hospital patients, raising funds for scholarships awarded for healthcare studies and other special community healthcare needs. Auxiliary volunteers give an average of 2,000 hours of service each month.
