Slender Lady now Healthy Inspirations

FALLBROOK — Slender Lady of Fallbrook has merged with Healthy Inspirations, founded by Casey Conrad, a health professional for over 24 years.

“We are very excited about this merger because, along with the name change [Healthy Inspirations] will come some changes within,” said Fallbrook co-owners Judy Barnes and Alyssa Smith. “The new and improved programs are geared more toward weight loss and management.”

Barnes and Smith said the programs, if adhered to, will guarantee a one- to two-pound weight loss each week and exercise will be a staple for an overall weight loss regimen and offered alone as well.

In addition, Healthy Inspirations will host weekly chat sessions in which they will address women’s issues. Suggestions are welcome for topics and/or speakers.

“For our existing members, this merger will not affect your membership, but we hope that they will be as excited as we are,” said the owners. “We are confident that this will be a great transition for us.”
