Senior Circle hosting talk on physical health

FALLBROOK — The Fallbrook Chapter of the Senior Circle will be hosting a talk entitled “The Exercise Prescription” at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, at Club Paradise Fitness Express, 706 South Main Avenue.

Dr. Frank Winton, family medicine physician at Graybill Medical Group, will discuss the medical benefits of exercise, loss and recovery of strength, when to pre-screen stress tests, how much exercise is enough and overcoming barriers.
