Your article “Residents briefed on local gang activity” (4/5/07) was an example of great journalism. Ms. Macone-Greene did an excellent job of capturing detailed information from Detective Joe Montion and Lieut. Derek Clark, Commander of the North County Regional Task Force, and conveying the significant impact it could have on our community, if not challenged.
