Tracy Monaghan performs concert

NORTHRIDGE- Fallbrook resident Tracy Monaghan presented a solo opera performance at California State University, Northridge on May 20.

Monaghan perfomed “Vado, ma dove?”, “Un moto di gioia” and “Als Louise die Briefe” by William A. Mozart (1756-1791) and “Ich liebe dich”, “Wonne der Wehmut” and “Freudvoll und Leidvoll” by Ludwig von Beethoven (1744-1787), as well as works by Christoph Willibald von Gluck, Francis Poulenc, Dominick Argentino and Igor Stravinsky. Monaghan is a student of Dr. Linda Stones. The May 20 performance was her Senior Recital and she was accompanied by Carol Roberts on the piano.

Tracy Monaghan is a 2003 graduate of Fallbrook High School and will receive her Bachelor of Music degree from CSU Northridge the end of this month.
