Ingold sponsors Fourth of July fireworks show

FALLBROOK — Philanthropist Arlyne Ingold is a person who has lived up to her mother’s advice, given a long time ago. “You do the best you can,” said her mother, not realizing that her daughter’s best would make an enormous impact on the quality of life for residents of Fallbrook and Bonsall.

With rising costs for their annual July 4 fundraiser, the Fallbrook Beautification Alliance wondered if the event would raise any funds at all.
