'Art of Grilling' demo to support FAVB

FALLBROOK — The Fallbrook Area Visitors Bureau (FAVB) proudly presents a demonstration on “The Art of Grilling” with renowned author and teacher Denis Kelly on Saturday, July 14, at 11 a.m. in Fallbrook’s Village Square. The one-day, open-air event includes live demonstration on the barbecue, recipes from his book, a signed copy of his recently released book “World Grilling,” wine tasting by Baily Vineyard and lunch. This is an excellent opportunity to meet a professional chef and learn the secrets of grilling and barbecuing.
