First Military Couple Appreciation Award presented

Phyllis Sweeney presents Encouragement Factor’s First Military Couple Appreciation Award to retired Marine Mike McCarthy and former Marine Barbara McCarthy, who took on the encouraging challenge of discovering more about themselves and each other through Encouragement Factor’s personality coaching. They are both in the civilian work environment now. May was designated National Military Month as a reminder to support and appreciate present and retired military men and women.
