FALLBROOK — On June 7 the Fallbrook Quilt Guild welcomed their new president, Carol Carpenter, and new board members. They also drew the winning name for the 2007 Opportunity Quilt, “Garden Party,” designed by local artist Karen Cunagin. Isabel Diamond won the quilt and had actually called Cunagin before the drawing to ask when she could pick up “her” quilt!

The next regular meeting will be held on Thursday, July 5, at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Center, 341 Heald Lane. The program will be “Christmas in July.” Visitors welcome! For more information, contact Carol Carpenter at (760) 728-9494.
