Also serving the communities of De Luz, Rainbow, Camp Pendleton, Pala and Pauma
Last weekend’s Old-Fashioned Barn Sale at the Historical Society exceeded our expectations in several ways. We are so grateful to you, the community, for your response to our call for donations. In addition, our volunteer cast of thousands gave many hours of time and labor to make it all happen by sorting, pricing and arranging the contributions. A special thank you to the men who did all the hauling of the heavy “stuff.”
Special thanks are also in order to Debby Ramsey of the Village News and Betty Johnston of the North County Times for their articles publicizing this event. In addition, we want to acknowledge Wanda Reaume for her pricing expertise and Althea Heyneman for the organizational skills. The North County Fire Explorers prepared a wonderful pancake breakfast for 250 lucky people and we thank them for their culinary contribution.
Thank you, Fallbrook, for attending our first annual barn sale and adding to the excitement. Now that you know where we are located, come by any Thursday or Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. and see what else we have to offer.
