First, the $40 billion-plus armament package for Middle Eastern nations: $20 billion for Saudi Arabia, $13 billion for Egypt and a 25-percent increase in military aid to Israel. The other proposal is the continued funding of the State Child Health Care Program (SCHIP) for America’s children. Which does Bush support, and which does he oppose?
