Grants given by Rotary Club of Fallbrook

David Kauffman, president of the Rotary Club of Fallbrook, distributed grant checks for $3,000 to two more Fallbrook nonprofit organizations during a recent meeting.

A check for $1,000 was presented to Julie Schardin, a luncheon guest representing the Elizabeth Hospice Foundation. Additionally, $2,000 was given to luncheon guests Penny Fedorchak and Carol Zaleski of the Fallbrook Assist Program.

The checks were part of the ongoing distribution of proceeds from the Clubs Foundation, which receives funds from members and from the club’s annual fundraiser, Lobster on the Green. These funds bring...
