Eva A. Patz

Eva A. Patz, 90, passed away August 10, 2007, at Tri-City Hospital in Oceanside, CA. Born October 4, 1916, she was a 38-year resident of Fallbrook, CA.

Mrs. Patz retired from farming in 1969. She attended St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Fallbrook and was a member of the Fallbrook Garden Club, the Fallbrook Woman’s Club, the Vista Violet Club and the St. Peter’s Women’s Guild.

Mrs. Patz is survived by her husband of 60 years, Carl Patz, Fallbrook; son Alan Patz, Portland, OR; daughters Mary Patz, Fallbrook, Alice Patz (La Madrid), Colorado Springs, CO, and Donna Patz (Wright), San Diego, CA; grandchildren Jason, Brian, Stacia, Brandy, Audrey, Neil, Mia and Olivia; and great-grandchildren Stacia, Lacy, Cody, Brandon and Robert.

Viewing and Rosary were held Wednesday, August 15. Mass will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 16, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, followed by burial at Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery. Father Mel will officiate.

The family suggests donations be made to the Fallbrook Garden Club.
