Major Market Employee of Month has 'perfect' job

Major Market’s Employee of the Month, Abelardo “Lalo” Santos of the produce department, says he has the perfect job because “there is always something changing in produce…by the season…and people always want help with their produce choices.” Lalo says that helping people is one of his favorite parts of the job.

Lalo came to Fallbrook from Vista when he was in his late teens. He has worked at Major Market for 14 years. He started with a job bagging groceries and then was promoted into the produce department.
