Comeau has passion for volunteering

Peggy Comeau has been a valuable volunteer with the Fallbrook Hospital Auxiliary for more than four years and still counting. She is said to have a profound impact on everyone who has come into contact with her.

“I like giving back to the community,” she said.

When listening to Comeau speak, an authentic New York accent is apparent. Raised in both Buffalo and Rochester, NY, Comeau spent her adult life on Long Island. She has many fond memories of Rochester.

“We lived in a farmhouse and had so many animals,” Comeau said. “We had cats, dogs, rabbits, a horse and a turkey.”
